Summer Passport Terms & conditions 2024

Campaign period:

  • This Ou Meul Summer Passport campaign will run from 1 December 2024 until 31 January 2025. This campaign will last for a total of 62 days.
  • Ou Meul has the right to change the campaign duration at any given time.

Eligibility:

  • Only South African residents and Citizens will be eligible to win any prizes from the Ou Meul Summer Passport campaign. Any individual can participate in this campaign but may not be eligible to win any prizes if not a South African citizen and resident.
  • All ages are eligible to participate in the Ou Meul Summer Passport campaign.
  • Ou Meul employees and their immediate family are not eligible to win any prizes related to the 2024 Summer Passport campaign.
  • Ou Meul suppliers and their imminent family are not eligible to win any prizes related to the 2024 Summer Passport campaign.

How to participate, enter and submit:

  • To enter and participate in the Ou Meul Summer Passport campaign, participants must make a purchase at any Ou Meul store and get their passport stamped with the specific store stamp. Alternative stamps and writing used to stamp the passport will not be accepted.
  • Collect passport stamps in each store with your purchase. Store receipts will not be accepted instead of a stamp.
  • Submit your information and clear images of your passport by 31 January 2025 at 23:59. Passports submitted beyond this date and time will not be accepted.
  • In order to enter, passports will need to be emailed to summerpassport@oumeul.co.za along with your full name, contact number, town of residence and closest Ou Meul store.
  • Winners will be contacted and announced on 7 February 2025. If winners do not respond to our communications within 2 days, a new winner will be chosen.

Prizes:

All correctly stamped passports with 8 or more stamps will be entered into an anonymous draw and 2 winners will be chosen. Each winner will receive a prize worth R13,000

All correctly stamped passports with 6 or more stamps will be entered into an anonymous draw where one winner will be chosen. This winner will receive a prize worth R8,000

All correctly stamped passports with 4 or more stamps will be entered into an anonymous draw where one winner will be chosen. This winner will receive a prize worth R6,000 

Additional information:

  • Ou Meul has the right to modify this campaign at any time.
  • By submitting your passport, you agree to share your personal information with us.
  • Ou Meul may require proof of identity from winners if need be.
  • By participating in this campaign, you agree to us posting images of the winners  with their prizes.
  • If a participant loses their summer passport, they will need to get a new summer passport and start over. We will not be held responsible for any lost passports.
